Supporting the brain to build stronger foundations

The neurodevelopmental programme is non-invasive and drug-free.

It is designed to address underlying developmental immaturities rather than focusing only on surface symptoms.

At its core, the programme supports the integration of retained primitive reflexes and the maturation of the nervous system. When these early patterns are more fully integrated, higher-level skills such as attention, emotional regulation and coordination often become less effortful.

By identifying these underdeveloped patterns, it is possible to design a personalised programme of movement that provides sensory stimulation.

This allows the brain to revisit early stages of development, and in doing so strengthen neural pathways that may have been incomplete.

Rather than managing symptoms, we support the nervous system itself.  And when the nervous system matures, many seemingly unrelated difficulties begin to ease.

How it works

Each programme is individually designed following a detailed assessment.

You will receive a small set of simple, structured exercises tailored specifically to your child’s developmental profile. These movements are carefully sequenced to reflect the stages of early development, gently supporting the nervous system to mature in a more organised way.

The exercises combine light tactile stimulation and specific movement patterns. They are designed to replicate the kinds of sensory and motor experiences that help the brain develop in infancy.

In effect, the programme gives the nervous system an opportunity to revisit and strengthen earlier stages of development.

Reviews and ongoing support

Follow-up appointments take place approximately every 8 weeks. These sessions allow us to:

  • Monitor progress

  • Reassess reflex integration

  • Adapt the programme as needed

  • Answer any questions

The duration of the programme varies according to individual need, but most programmes are completed within 12 months.

Progress is gradual and steady. This is not a quick fix, but a structured developmental approach designed to create lasting change.

Is it right for my child?

The programme is most appropriate where assessment indicates retained reflexes or immature postural patterns that may be contributing to everyday challenges.

It can sit alongside school support, tutoring or other therapies.

If you are unsure whether it may be suitable, the initial screening and consultation provide an opportunity to explore this without obligation.

How to get started

A young woman and a young man are having a conversation beside a height measurement chart. The woman is explaining, gesturing with one hand, while the man is standing with his arms crossed, listening thoughtfully.
