The INPP programme is best suited to children aged 6-15 years old.

Everyday life may feel harder than it should

Your child may:

  • appear clumsy or accident-prone

  • struggle to learn skills such as riding a bike or swimming

  • have poor balance or coordination

  • tire easily during physical activities

  • slouch at a desk or have poor posture

  • seem less physically confident than their peers

Movement and coordination

Your child may:

  • find it difficult to sit still and concentrate

  • struggle to sustain attention

  • have handwriting that is slow, messy or effortful

  • become easily tired when reading

  • lose their place on the page or skip lines when reading

  • have a noticeable gap between what they can say and what they can write

  • seem bright and knowledgeable, yet not achieve results that reflect their ability

Learning and school

Your child may:

  • be unusually sensitive to sound, light or touch

  • dislike certain clothing textures

  • become overwhelmed in noisy environments

  • seek constant movement or fidget frequently

Sensory processing

Your child may:

  • become easily overwhelmed

  • react more intensely than expected to everyday situations

  • struggle with emotional regulation

  • experience anxiety, particularly in busy or unpredictable environments

Emotional well-being

You may notice:

  • persistent motion sickness

  • ongoing bedwetting beyond the expected age

  • difficulties with eye tracking

  • restlessness when sitting for extended periods
